Bear Stories

Bear Stories works on the field to preserve the 300+ Brown Bears of our country. They do it through multiple canals:

• Village local assistance
• Field work
• Training, education and communication

During winter time, when food is scarce, like nowadays, bears have the tendency to go closer to human villages. Which results in unexpected and undesired encounters for both species. And often, death for these majestic animals. By purchasing food, and placing it in the forests near these locations, the bears do not have to enter villages anymore. Humans populations are safe, Bears populations are safe. And we all enjoy our winters peacefully! :)

Our focus with this NGO is its mission to directly help bears in need and/or in danger.
